Destiny heard the door shut and she looked around to see if everyone had made it. When she didn’t see who she was looking for it sent her into a panic and she ran for the door. Before she could get to it Conner grabbed her arm and stopped her. When he wouldn’t let her go her she started struggling, “Let me go Conner! Let me go now! I have to get out of here!” She didn’t have time to explain but her brother wasn’t going to let her go. “Please! Let me go out, she is still outside! Natalie is still out there, Let me go!” She couldn’t hear her daughter’s thoughts and she knew something was wrong. “Zach tell him we need to go get her!”

Conner hated holding his sister and forcing her to stay inside. It was one of the hardest things he had ever had to do. But he had to protect the coven as a whole. He couldn’t risk them all for one person. Not until he knew what they were dealing with. “No one is going anywhere! Not until we know what we are dealing with...Someone take her and make sure she doesn’t go near the door.” Once he handed his sister to someone else he took a look around to see if anyone else was missing. “Are we all here? Someone do a head count.” Nadia and Nathan were safe so that made him feel a little better. “Does anyone have any idea what going on or who would do this?”

Casey was freaking out. Some guy had tried to shoot her. Chasity fell right in front of her and she couldn’t do anything about it. She had been so scared she couldn’t move. If Zephyr hadn’t grabbed her when he did they would have grabbed her to. “I saw Chasity go down...I think they got Taylor and Derrick to.”

Artemis was relieved to see that most had made it inside where it was safe. It worried her that someone would try and attack their family like this. “Maybe some of us should go out there, we can’t let them take Natalie and the others.”

Harmony had tried to protect as many as she could, but even she couldn’t protect all of them. Hearing that Natalie wasn’t with them made her feel like a failure. All she could do now was sink down to the floor and sit there. “Conner is right, We need to stay in here. We won’t be any help if more of us get caught by whoever that was.”

Zachary headed for door But Was stopped by his Father. "Stop this Da! She is my Daughter! I have to go find her!" Viktor grabbed his sons Shoulders and looked him in the eye. "You will not do her any good but get yourself caught and we need a plan. They took down Demons and halflings and supernaturals out there. They will take you too." Zachary Fought against him. "Don't make me lose you too." Zachary gave up and fell into a chair nearby pulling Destiny to him "As soon as he opens those doors we are going to find her."

Nadia looked at Artemis and NOdded. "I Agree but only the Strongest Can go. Full Vampires, wolves and Hybrids. That means you, me, Zephyr, Melissa, Casey, and Da... That should be enough." She looked at Conner knowing he wouldn't like this. but he was a half vampire, as were the twins. She addressed the whole Coven. "I am sorry everyone but We only need a few to sweep the area. If I called you name Before lets go." She turned to Zane. "I need you to keep everyone here please." She then turned to Conner. Knowing what look she would find. "We will be searching in Pairs... I will be right back. I promise."

Sebastian stood looking at NAdia. "You think your getting out that door with out us? You have lost your damn mind. Zane nor Conner will let you go either. so sit you ass down and will the alarms stop we will all go." He looked at Zachary and winked.

Conner was happy when Sebastian stood and told Nadia she wasn’t going. It was nice to know someone was keeping their head in all this mess. “I couldn’t have said it better myself. I am not about to stand here and let you wander outside into danger without me Nadia. If they took down a demon then they will easily be able to take you hybrids and vampires down as well.” It was hard to tell what these men were capable of and he wasn’t risking it. “When the alarms stop, we will all go together.”

Zephyr was ready to go outside and take care of business. He had been itching for a fight all day. But Sebastian had laid down the law. Which was shocking because he thought he was the quiet one of the twins. “Am I the only one who noticed that all of those men were humans? 4 humans managed to take down 6 supernaturals in a matter of seconds...Now we are all hiding in a basement, from humans. Something is seriously screwed up about this. They are the ones who should be hiding.” He was on edge but forced himself to stay calm. The room was crowded enough without adding a giant wolf to the picture.

Mackenzie had been so shocked about what happened that it had taken her a while to find her voice. “I know who they are, it was the Creed. They have been taking people who are not human. Some of them they kill, others they use in cruel tests in order to find new ways to kill supernatural people. I have gathering information on them because they took someone I knew. I didn’t think they would be able to attack us like this” She said as she clung to her father’s arm. He was being completely silent so she could tell her was probably having some pretty bad visions about what was going to happen the people who were taken from the party. She didn’t want to know.

Artemis was upset that they were not going to go out there and at least try to help the others. It felt wrong, like they were abandoning them. “Harmony, you don’t need a door to leave. The rest of us are safe, it’s your job to protect the Crowe family. Taylor and Natalie are your responsibility and you don’t have to listen to any of these stubborn men. You are a guardian do your job!”

Harmony didn’t like to be yelled at but felt like she deserved it. The men had taken down a demon and it had scared her. If they could do that then what would stop them from doing the same to an angel. But Artemis was right, it was her job to protect them. Even though she was afraid of being taken she was even more afraid of having her wings taken from her for letting the two Crowe girls get hurt. “Alright, enough with the lecture I’m sorry. I’m going.” But as she got up to leave silence filled the air. The alarms had stopped.
