Rules
Reading and knowing the rules is a must before you start role playing on Twilight Moments. No one wants to be lectured or be given a warning level for not knowing what is expected of them. (yes we use the warning system here) Not only that but it just makes things easier for both staff and members.
General Conduct
You may not, at any point on this site, harass, make fun of, or insult any member. Anyone that violates this rule will be punished by use of the warning system or possibly banned. No spamming, adult content, intolerance or sexual or religious views, or Racism will be tolerated. Everyone deserves respect here at Twilight Moments, Every member. Staff at Twilight Moments are appointed a such and are to also be respected as such, Global admin they are here to help the Admins. Do not over look them. Do not Advertise any where except the advertising Board. If any arguments or disagreements take place, that cant seem to be resolved between those who are involved, please PM Nadia, Artemis, Samantha or Ivy and we will talk with each other to see what we think is that best way to resolve the problem. We urge you to please resolve the problem amongst yourselves or you may not like our decision. which includes but not limited to warnings, limited banning, and lifetime banning. |
CHARACTERS
There is no limit on multiple characters. But each character must have their own account and character application. All character applications should be posted with your main account. There is not a minimum of characters you are allowed to have. Now with that in mind, please do not make so many characters that you can not keep up with them all.No one wants to have character that end up being neglected due to having too many to keep up with. Your character must be approved by a member of the staff before you may begin posting with that character. You must use the template we have supplied when submitting a character. You must post your Face claim in the proper Face claim list before you begin posting with that character. All Characters Must have a Face Claim. Your Face Claims must be Celebrities. Anime, cartoon, or drawn pictures will not be accepted. NOTE: DO NOT REPEAT FACE CLAIMS, THERE ARE VERY FEW EXCEPTIONS TO THE THIS RULE. THOSE ARE AS FOLLOWS: TWINS OR DESCENDANTS. IF YOU ARE NOT THE FIRST OWNER, YOU MUST ALSO MAKE SURE THAT YOU GET PERMISSION FROM ORIGINAL FACE CLAIM OWNER TO MAKE A DESCENDANT AND YOU BOTH MUST INFORM THE ADMINS. In each of your character profiles be sure to have your Character's FIRST and LAST Name as your display name. AND PUT THEM IN ALL CAPS Please also make shore you have a profile image at 100X100. Everyone likes to know what people look like who they are posting with. The hover image is 240X400 Signature photos should not be any bigger that 550 x 550 if it is bigger it will be automatically re-sized. |
POSTING
Please could all members post at minimum once a week, unless you have posted an away message. If the member has posted once this week they are with in the bounds, There is to be no hassling of members about posting to threads. Saying you posted is one thing but other than that is ridiculous! We all have real lives that come first. No God Modding/Marry Sue's Please, we want to be realistic here. Your character is NOT invincible, so please don't try to make him that way. Trying to control other characters is wrong and we are not going to stand for it. Also your character cant always be as sweet as pie and everything be perfect with them 24/7. All character posts are to be written in the third person to avoid confusion ("Josh went to the store" NOT "I went to the store") A Minimum word count of 200 is required. Always use spell check. Always read what you wrote, out loud to yourself to make sure it flows and makes sense. Be courteous of the person you are RPing with and give them something to work with. Quantity is great but it doesn't always mean quality. Make sure you are saying something in your post. Always use proper grammar and punctuation. There is a big difference between "Let's eat Grandma!" and "Let's eat, Grandma!" If someone has already replied to an open thread then you must ask permission before replying to it. AWAY NOTICES
If you are to be gone for more then a few days then you must post an away message. A life story isn't needed we just need the basics. As in when will you be leaving and for how long and when you think you shall be returning. This way, people you are posting with and the staff know not to move your threads to history or delete your accounts. If you are gone for longer than 1 Month and haven't posted an away notice, your Account will be deleted. No ifs, ands, buts, or maybes. If you join Twilight moments and haven't posted within a month your account will be deleted. |
